A mézeskalács díszítést hobbiként kezdtem
2012-ben, személyre szabott ajándékokat készítettem a családomnak és a barátaimnak. Abban az időben a színes cukormázzal teljesen bevont,
modern stílusú mézeskalácsok még unikumnak számítottak a hazai piacon.
Büszke vagyok rá, hogy Magyarországon az elsők között járulhattam hozzá ennek a fajta
díszítésnek a népszerűsítéséhez.
Később,
amikor a hobbimat "felfedezték", és a kereslet a munkám iránt növekedni
kezdett akkor született a GINGERLAND oldal. Időközben az egyszerű
szabadidős tevékenység óriási szenvedéllyé, végül pedig
vállalkozássá nőtte ki magát.

Bernadett, I am the baker and cookie decorator behind this website. I grew
up with a love for creating: from drawing to sewing, I was always doing
something creative.
I began decorating gingerbread in 2012 as a hobby, making personalized baked gifts for family and friends. Later, when my hobby was „discovered” and the demand for my work began to increase GINGERLAND was born. Over the years the more cookies I made, the better they looked, and what started as a simple free time activity soon became a major obsession and finally a small business of my own.
